Elvis Tribute act
Cliff, like most dads, is very proud of his 3 kids. Among them is his daughter Michelle.
Michelle is a performer in her own right. She has studied at The Academy Of Contemporary Music, Guildford and is part of an international ABBA tribute band.
Michelle started out accompanying her Dad on gigs where she would perform songs from the 50's through to the 80's. She was then offered the role of Frida (the dark haired one) in an ABBA tribute band. Michelle, who has long blonde hair, had to don a wig for the role. She played to audiences all over, including Sweden. This gave her the experience and desire to form her own ABBA tribute band where, without the need of a wig, she performs the part of Agnetha.
They have performed all over the UK and Europe and spent last Christmas on a cruise ship entertaining the passengers. The band has two line ups ABBA TONIGHT consisting of the full 4 piece band, 2 girls and 2 guys and the other being just the 2 girls called ABBA HONEYZ.
Michelle has also sang backing vocals for various groups including Dr AND THE MEDICS.
On odd occasions Michelle and her dad still appear on the same bill so watch out for them in future. It is a rare treat.
Cliff regularly performs at the Worlds Wonder at Warehorne. He has enjoyed many a good evening entertaining at the cabaret nights they hold. Patrons enjoy a lovely 3 course meal while being serenaded by the dulcet tones of "Elvis " in the form of Cliff. These evenings get booked up well in advance so contacting Kathy or John to book your table in plenty of time is well recommended.
